These policies govern your use of services provided by Josemov Tech LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. Effective date: September 1, 2025.
Josemov Tech LLC provides custom software engineering and dedicated IT support services. Support packages (Retainer Hours) are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, the client's account is credited with the respective support hours.
Support requests are processed via our ticketing system. Response times are governed by the selected tier's SLA (Service Level Agreement). Unused hours at the end of the 30-day billing cycle do not roll over unless explicitly stated in a custom enterprise contract.
This policy is required for payment processor compliance (Stripe) and governs all transactions processed by Josemov Tech LLC.
Due to the dedicated nature of our engineering and IT support resources, all sales of support hour blocks and custom development retainers are final.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel their recurring monthly retainers at any time; however, cancellations apply to the following billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for unused hours. If a technical dispute arises regarding the quality of a delivered patch or resolution, Josemov Tech LLC will review the case within 5 business days and, at its sole discretion, may credit hours back to the client's balance.

By accessing or using any services provided by Josemov Tech LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Services
Josemov Tech LLC provides software engineering, IT support retainer hours, and related consulting services on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. All services are provided "as is" subject to the terms of the applicable Statement of Work or service agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a written contract, all custom code and deliverables become the property of the client upon final payment. Josemov Tech LLC retains the right to use general methodologies and non-proprietary frameworks developed during engagements.
Limitation of Liability
Josemov Tech LLC's total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim. Josemov Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.

Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including: name, email address, company name, and messages submitted via our contact form. We also collect billing information processed securely by Stripe — we do not store payment card data on our servers.
